Issue: Creators are experiencing difficulties sending Direct Messages (DMs) through Meta's Graph API for Instagram.
Current Status: Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and investigating the root cause of the issue.
Action Plan: Once the Instagram API is operational, the team will initiate a scan to ensure that all followers who were supposed to receive a DM during the Instagram API downtime have their messages successfully processed, unless they already received it.
